Job Qualifications: * Active P&C license * 2+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience * Proficiency in EPIC preferred * In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures Duties will include: * Responsible for staying in direct contact with clients/carries and providing excellent customer service * Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client * Responsible for marketing new and renewal business * Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns * Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters * Performing other job-related duties as assigned What's in it for you? * $75k-90k annual salary depending on experience * Hybrid work schedule * Full suite of benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, etc. * Work alongside a tenured staff Why Work with Insurance Relief?
