Position Overview We're seeking a driven, high-performing Outside Sales Representative to sell our premium line of red light therapy devices directly to doctor's offices, including chiropractors, integrative medicine practitioners, physical therapists, and other medical professionals. You'll be responsible for generating leads, educating prospects, closing deals, and building long-term relationships within your territory. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and close new business with doctors' offices * Conduct in-person product demos and consultations to educate medical professionals * Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using both self-sourcing and inbound inquiries * Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and clients to maximize conversion and referrals * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with a focus on long-term client value * Represent the Vital Red Light brand with professionalism, expertise, and integrity Qualifications * Proven outside sales experience (medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales preferred) * Hunter mentality with a relentless drive to succeed and earn * Polished communication and presentation skills * Ability to simplify complex technology and sell value over price * Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently * Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed What We Offer * Base salary + aggressive commission plan (six-figure earnings expected) * Performance bonuses and spiffs * Comprehensive sales training and product education * Opportunity for rapid growth and territory ownership * Mission-driven team with a passion for health innovation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Deerfield Beach, FL 33442
