Job Description We seek a dedicated and skilled Retention Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and support. This position is essential for enhancing customer loyalty and reducing cancellation rates by proactively addressing customer needs and concerns.
