Overview

As a Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals through telemarketing and door-to-door sales. This is a 1099 commission-only position , offering unlimited earning potential for high performers. No prior experience is required --we provide training and support to help you succeed!

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce BlueMaple Construction's services, including roofing, plumbing, HVAC, and more.
• Perform door-to-door sales in designated neighborhoods to generate leads and build relationships.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions for construction, remodeling, and home improvement projects.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

• No experience required --we provide full training!

• Reliable transportation for door-to-door sales.
