Responsibilities

: - Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary paperwork and training materials are prepared for new employees - Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture - Serve as the main point of contact for new employees during the onboarding process, and remaining a point of contact for them during employment - Liaise with clients, referral sources and stakeholders on matters pertaining to providers' onboarding - Collaborate with Senior Onboarding Coordinator and Operations Manager to address any onboarding issues or concerns Skills: -Bilingual: Can speak English & Spanish fluently - Strong relationship management skills - Time management - Ability to follow instruction & prioritize - Adaptability - Collaborative Join our team as an Onboarding Manager and contribute to creating an exceptional experience for our new employees! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
