Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses * Be the expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology * Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations * Work all showroom floor and internet leads to ensure maximum performance * Followup with buyers to ensure referral business * Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations * Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis * Complete required training and stay current on new products, accessories, and features Qualifications: * Experience in Sales is preferred but not required. * Available to work evenings & weekends * Drive for financial rewards * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance * Be Coachable and willing to continually develop your customer service skills * High School diploma or equivalent * Have a valid drivers license with safe driving record * Pass a criminal background check and drug test * Skill in computers, basic software, and internet.
