Job Title: Account Manager/Outside Sales Representative Company: Mountain Regional Equipment Solutions (MRES) Location: Arizona Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year depending on experience + Generous Commission About MRES Mountain Regional Equipment Solutions (MRES) is the authorized distributor for Groeneveld, Reaction, Moba, Brigade, and other leading brands across Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, and Wyoming. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager The ideal candidate will not only manage a designated sales territory but also bring an established book of business and a strong customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for growing customer accounts, increasing revenue, and enhancing our company's reputation through effective outside sales strategies and comprehensive customer account management. Key Responsibilities * Territory Management: * Prospect, develop, and close new accounts while expanding existing business within your assigned territory. * Maintain regular contact with core business clients to foster strong, long-term relationships. * Consistently achieve and exceed territory sales goals using ethical and strategic selling practices. * Sales and Customer Engagement: * Present product features and benefits through compelling verbal communications and presentations. * Prepare bids, resolve customer issues, and follow up on job performance to ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with OEMs, service dealers, and end users to promote the value of MRES products and services. * Administrative Duties: * Prepare sales quotes, manage leads, and submit call reports in a timely manner. * Organize territory management efforts, track call frequencies, and report on sales opportunities and job completions. * Complete required administrative tasks such as vehicle mileage reporting and expense accounts per company guidelines. * Field Engagement: * Conduct sales calls in a variety of settings including construction sites, mining operations, over-the-road trucking (Class 8), fixed plant equipment, and warehouses. * Adapt to varying weather conditions and diverse company environments. Skills & Qualifications * Sales Expertise: * Minimum of 5+ years of proven results in sales, preferably within the construction or trucking industries. * Demonstrated success in managing a sales territory, with the ability to identify and contact decision-makers through cold calling, research, and networking. * Industry Experience: * Must have hands-on experience with Heavy Equipment, HD Trucks, or aerial/MEWP equipment. * Must come with an established book of business and a strong customer base in the industry. * Communication & Interpersonal Skills: * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. * Self-Motivation & Organization: * Self-starter capable of managing leads, sales territories, and productivity independently. * Proficient in basic software applications for maintaining account information and generating reports. * Education & Certifications: * High School Diploma or GED required. * Must hold a current, unrestricted driver's license. * Willingness to undergo a two-week training program in Salt Lake City, Utah. * Additional Requirements: * Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays. * Must pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and annual drug screens.
