If you can't wait to get started, apply today! * Commission-Based Pay Compensation: $117,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: * Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close * Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers * Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market * Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget * Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Qualifications: * Must have a valid Real Estate License * Experience with the local real estate market and general trends * High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred * Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car * Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills * Show a track record of real estate success About Company At Texas Legacy Realty, we're dedicated to helping agents grow their real estate businesses with top technology, quality leads, and year-round support.
