Check us out at [please apply online] Primary Responsibilities * Assist in general duties to assist both Sales (2-5 sellers) and Operations teams. * Practices critical thinking to actively probe to uncover unique and complex customer-requirements while creating effective solutions to execute on tasks. * Manages customer database including tracking and maintaining accurate records. * Owns all marketing collateral for products; creating listing sheets, maintains tradeshow collateral. * Responsible for managing project costs. Serve as a primary procurement contact; work directly with vendors to get RFPs as required and negotiate costs. * Regularly communicate with customers as directed by Sales team to provide updates and get answers to questions. * Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements Qualifications: * College Degree or equivalent certifications * Desire to work in a dynamic Entreprenurial environment and with minimal direction. * Ability to influence without authority and negotiates to make sound decisions and-drive for best results while minimizing risk to the company. * Ability to stay with a position or plan of action until desired result is achieved or is no-longer reasonably attainable. * Knowledge and experience using marketing and website management software (HubSpot, WordPress, GoDaddy, etc..) * Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities. -Strong decision making, solution focused and troubleshooting skills. * Knowledge of Heavy Industrial Equipment a plus but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $34,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Carmel, IN 46033
