Front Desk Associate / Administrative Assistant - Full Time: Monday to Friday. No Weekends. Duties include answering phone, greeting customers when they enter the store, helping customers find specific products, ringing up customer purchases on the register, and assisting any other questions with customers about custom ordering processes. Duties would also include cleaning and maintaining organization of store front as well as assisting in our embroidery sales and production of orders. Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities: * Serves customers by helping them select products. * Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. * Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner as well as answering phone calls. * Responds to customers' questions in person and over the phone. * Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters. * Provides outstanding customer service in a friendly and patient manner. * Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records. * Manages financial transactions. * Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards. * Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. * Assisting with embroidery order production. Education and Experience Requirements: * High school diploma or GED * 0-1 years of retail experience desired Please no in-person applications or phone calls.
