Role Overview: As Nobol continues to expand, we are seeking a passionate and driven Sales/Account Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for driving the growth of Nobol's sales networks, enhancing reseller channels, boosting sales performance, and building lasting partnerships. This position is pivotal in helping us reach more customers and make a significant impact in the wellness industry. Join us in our mission to transform lives through improved health and mobility. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Reseller Acquisition: *Focus on identifying and initiating contact with potential sales channels and partners. This includes exploring new avenues such as offline and online retailers, distributors, durable medical equipment sellers, and health facilities like senior centers and assisted living communities. The goal is to build a robust pipeline of potential resellers and expand Nobol's market reach . B2B Sales Development: Concentrate on developing and deepening relationships with existing and potential resellers and distributors. Create strategies to penetrate new markets, increase product visibility, and boost sales performance. This role involves negotiating deals, managing partner expectations, and ensuring sustained business growth through strategic sales initiatives. * Account Onboarding: Focus on ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new resellers. Provide comprehensive product training, resources, and support to enable effective revenue growth. * Account Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with partner accounts to ensure enduring satisfaction and revenue growth. Regular communication, strategic support, and collaborative initiatives are key to helping partners fully leverage the collaboration. Emphasis on retention strategies, resolving challenges, and creating opportunities that align with their business objectives to foster shared success. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align reseller strategies, ensure product availability, and optimize customer experience. * Promote Nobol Products: Represent the Nobol brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, promoting our innovative wellness solutions and their benefits to resellers and end customers.What we are looking for?
