Full description of the position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamicCelbar Sales Director to join our team and lead the strategic sales initiatives, while directly supporting our operations in Canada. This director-level position will be instrumental in driving business growth, expanding market share, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of the snack industry, proven sales leadership experience, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams and regions. Key Responsibilities * Embrace, Embody and Lead with a Growth Mindset Vision and act upon the vision and values of Celbar. * Achieve expected individual performance to Goal for established Celbar KPI's. (Sales, VPO, Service, Saturation, Voids, Execution (Strategic/Marketing/Promotion) * Responsible for Communication, Planning and Execution of Celbar Customer and Marketing strategies. * Aligns on and Sets Goals for all Celbar Customer and Marketing strategies. * Tracks and Share performance to Goal for all Customer and Marketing strategies. * Responsible for ensuring and validating Celbar orders support aligned on Customer and Marketing plan strategies. * Responsible for Development, Support and Execution of Celbar Brand Stewardship in Market in coordination with Celbar/Local organizations/DSDE COE. * Responsible for executing and understanding of communication OTIF process for Celbar from DC to SC. * Coordinates and Ensures implementation of all Celbar training in assigned geography. * Coach and Develop Sales Operations= "In Market" on shared KPI's/Goals/Standards, expectation is 60% or 3 days. * Communicates and validates POS material expectations to ensure strategic, promotional , marketing and "Gold Standard" Celbar execution. * Conducts period Business Reviews with Sales Operations. (KPI, Customer, Marketing results) * Responsible to lead and act as a Vision Carrier for DSDE (Way to DSDE, Way to Coach, Way to Sell, Way to Operate, Way to WC Merchandising, Way to Safety Excellence) * Responsible to establish and maintain key customer relationships in assigned area to drive Celbar performance. * Responsible for execution of Coordination and Development of Celbar to BBU Project support - Multi Step - "1800." (for applicable countries). * Ensures all Sales Operations is aligned to Celbar forecast for assigned area. * Ensures communication and feedback loop to Celbar customer teams, all channels is established and executed. * Develops stores visits for focused underperforming Customers/Channels/Categories for all distribution models. * Responsible for execution of Celbar "Competing to Win" messaging in Sales Centers to support Celbar strategic objectives. * Support and lead Safety in assigned area. * Executes Leader Standard Work for Commercial Leader role. * Creates and shares weekly calendar with Director of Sales. * Communicates effectively with all functions. * Among other projects. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. * Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the consumer goods, food, or snack industry, with a proven track record of success at an executive level. * Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing teams across different geographies and functions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to manage P&L, make data-driven decisions, and develop long-term strategies that drive growth. * Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and to Canada as needed for key business engagements, customer meetings, and team leadership activities. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with multinational companies and managing cross-functional teams in complex environments. * Knowledge of the snack and food service sectors with an established network of industry contacts in Canadian market. * Fluency in both English and French (Canadian) is a plus, but not required.
