Join a lean, proven team where your impact will shape our future. Job Description: As the Regional Sales Director, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our commercial cleaning business. You'll build a sales pipeline from the ground up, secure new accounts, and achieve aggressive sales targets across Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Liberty Lake, Spokane Valley, Spokane, and the surrounding areas. This is a high-autonomy role for a self-starter ready to own the sales process and grow with us. Key Responsibilities: * Generate new business by targeting accounts across various industries in designated regions. * Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, referrals, and competitive bids. * Develop, negotiate, and close deals to meet sales targets: $10,000/month by month 3 and $25,000/month by month 6. * Collaborate with owners to align sales strategies with company goals. * Utilize a CRM of your choice to track and manage sales activities effectively. * Maintain a focus on contracts yielding a minimum 20% profit margin to qualify for commissions and bonuses. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field (3+ years preferred). * Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally in B2B or service-based industries. * Strong skills in lead generation, deal negotiation, and relationship building. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients. * Familiarity with CRM software; experience selecting or implementing CRMs is a plus. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage stipend provided). * High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Compensation and Benefits: * Base Salary: $45,000/year, paid bi-weekly, with potential for a cost-of-living increase after year one based on performance. * Commission Structure: * 10% on gross sales for the first 6 months of new contracts. * 7% for the next 6 months. * 5% for the life of the contract (while employed). * Commissions apply to contracts with a minimum 20% profit margin, paid 60 days after client payment. * Bonuses: * $1,000/month for achieving $30,000 in personal gross sales (20% profit margin). * Quarterly bonuses for exceeding $75,000/quarter: * $2,000 for $90,000. * $4,000 for $105,000. * $6,000 for $120,000 (20% profit margin). * On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000-$200,000+ in year one, with no earnings cap. * Additional Perks: * Company car upon achieving $50,000/month in total company sales. * Laptop and phone provided upon start. * Mileage stipend until company car is provided. * Paid time off and flexible Monday-Friday schedule. * Two days of hands-on training with owners, one week of bid/sales coaching, and ongoing support.
