What does the Day-to-Day Role Look Like? * Communicate with customers via phone and email, ensuring a customer-centric approach. * Resolve customer inquiries and challenges through effective problem-solving. * Process quotes and orders with accuracy and timeliness. * Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Windows systems to handle daily tasks. * Collaborate with other departments while working independently and as part of a team. * Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. * Apply basic mathematical understanding in daily operations.
