Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic, HIGH ENERGY and positive motivated individual to join our sales team. As a Salesperson at Holmes Motors in Birmingham ,AL. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales by providing exceptional customer service and utilizing your STRONG SOCIAL MEDIA presence to engage potential customers. Social Media is a major REQUIREMENT of this job. Sales experience is a plus, it does not have to be in the automotive industry. Job training will done. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process. * Leverage social media platforms to expand our customer base and promote our inventory. Create daily/weekly SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT. (short videos, pictures) * Offer in-depth knowledge of our in-house financing options, including NO-credit-check deals. * Work your daily leads provided, make set amount of calls and text. * Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets. * Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on market trends. (NON NEGOTIABLE) * Create your own social media content weekly. (Facebook reels, short videos, post, Tiktok) * Maintain a professional and positive attitude. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions. * Commitment to providing high-quality customer service. * Sales experience required (Does not have to be automotive but some sales experience is helpful) * Valid Driver's License
