Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting This position will include both inbound and outbound calls with the goal of closing sales. Previous success in outside sales, or a background in telemarketing, is essential for this role. The successful candidate should be able to work independently and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities: * Research, locate, and call new accounts to sell products. * Know the customer's business and industry. * Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer's specific needs. * Be aware of current competitors and their strengths and weaknesses. * Prepare reports on customer sales trends. * Prepare customized contract proposals for customer use. * Manage competitive intelligence efforts; employ marketing tools to identify new business opportunities. * Be able to sell products or services over the phone.
