Job Title: Field Representative - Exterior Restoration Sales

Key Responsibilities

:

• Door-to-Door Canvassing:
• Engage with potential customers in various neighborhoods, promoting our roofing services through direct, face-to-face interactions.
• Lead Generation & Sales:
• Identify and qualify leads, turning prospects into satisfied customers.
• Follow up on referrals and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Customer Engagement:
• Clearly communicate the benefits of our services and address customer questions or concerns.
• Self-Management:
• Organize daily schedules and set personal sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales using our provided tools.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team and management to refine strategies and share insights.
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to continually improve your skills.
