Position Overview * Title : Sales Planner -Japanese bilingual * Requires meticulous and detail-oriented work; not suitable for all personality types * Long-term potential to grow into a leadership role (e.g., VP) Job Characteristics * Responsible for processing data on ~1,000 models within 1 -2 days * Sales planning, forecast management (PSI), inventory control * Heavy Excel work: input and analysis of unit volumes, prices, and profit margins * Role requires making sourcing decisions based on demand trends * Daily monitoring of sales movement as part of forecasting responsibility * Busy during first 1 -2 days of each month; other days are more flexible * Some products sell steadily, others spike at month-end Ideal Candidate Profile * Motivated to grow and develop professionally * Japanese bilingual * Must enjoy and excel at detail-heavy work * Capable of working late when needed; must have stamina and flexibility Required Experience & Skills * Experience in sales planning, sales admin, or B2C commercial roles * Strong Excel skills and comfort with hands-on data tasks * Comfortable working with pricing, volume, and profitability metrics * Familiarity with PSI operations or inventory-based forecasting (e.g., similar to managing vegetable stock and supply) To apply please email resume to [please apply online]
