Sunshine Foundation Repair is looking for a Sales Professionals to add to our growing team! Career Opportunity: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Meet with homeowners on warm, company-generated leads; No cold-calling! * Conduct thorough inspections to identify problems with their home * Record data and findings with precise attention to detail * Provide solutions to resolve structural problems and water intrusion issues * Negotiate contracts, process payments and file paperwork for scheduling of projects Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Proven sales experience required * Previous experience in construction and/or waterproofing preferred * Exceptional communication skills * Proficiency working with basic computer software * Team player, strong ethics, and high integrity Education and Experience Requirements: * A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required * A valid driver's license Benefits Include: * Competitive benefits package * The opportunity to earn a company vehicle * A world-class training program Physical Requirements: * Physical ability to be on your feet for long periods of time * Physical ability to maneuver in tight or confined areas (e.g., crawl spaces) Sunshine Foundation Repair is your local, professional foundation, basement and crawl space repair specialists.
