We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing excellent service, assisting with product selection, and driving sales. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast- paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Membership Sales
• Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos and upselling techniques.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed properly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support in their roles.
• Utilize basic math skills for retail math tasks including inventory management and sales reporting.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills necessary for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Experience with supervising staff or leading teams is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers through effective communication and product demonstrations.
