Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Membership Sales * Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos and upselling techniques. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed properly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. * Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support in their roles. * Utilize basic math skills for retail math tasks including inventory management and sales reporting. * Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. * Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. * Basic math skills necessary for handling transactions and inventory management. * Experience with supervising staff or leading teams is a plus. * Ability to engage customers through effective communication and product demonstrations. * A proactive approach to upselling products to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
