Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Liaison to join our team. The Liaison will play a pivotal role in promoting our products through engaging product demonstrations and outside sales efforts. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Manage accounts effectively, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Communicate product features and benefits clearly to clients during product demos. * Analyze client needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on outreach efforts and sales initiatives. * Conduct outside sales activities, including networking events and client meetings, to expand the customer base. * Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement of products and services. * Maintain organized records of client interactions and sales activities. Experience * Proven experience in account management or a related field is preferred. * Background in medical sales or technical sales is highly desirable. * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts. * Experience in conducting product demonstrations effectively to diverse audiences. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with analytical capabilities in assessing client needs. * Familiarity with outside sales strategies and techniques is a plus.
