Sales Advocate - Wireless Retail Location: Arlington, TX, 76014 Job Description: The Sales Advocate - Wireless Retail will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to all customers * Selling wireless products and services to customers * Meeting and exceeding sales goals * Assisting customers with product and service inquiries * Handling customer complaints and resolving issues * Maintaining knowledge of current promotions and products * Performing inventory management and merchandising tasks * Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Prior sales experience preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends * Basic computer skills * Ability to stand for extended periods of time
