We are seeking a BDC Representative to fill a position within our automotive customer care team. The ideal candidate will enjoy customer service, being on the phone, a fun and friendly competitive atmosphere, and teamwork! Bi-Lingual is a plus! This position is an hourly paid position plus monthly commission and bonuses! BDC Representative Responsibilities: * Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotions. * Create excitement and set appointments for customers to drive our world class automobiles. * Respond to internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our state of the art facility. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals. * Perform all other Business Development selling duties as assigned. * Must be available to work a combination of shifts which includes nights and weekends.
