Job Description

: We are hiring motivated Entry-Level Marketers to join our team this season! This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain marketing experience, work outdoors, and build strong communication skills in a flexible environment.

Responsibilities

:

• Promote our services door-to-door to homeowners in local neighborhoods
• Distribute flyers and clearly explain our services
• Set appointments for free painting estimates (no selling required)
• Represent the company professionally and courteously

Qualifications

:

• Must be 16 years or older
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation

:

• Hourly base pay: $10 -$15/hour
• Performance bonuses available for each qualified lead generated
• Paid training provided Schedule:
• Flexible part-time or full-time hours available
• Weekday afternoons and weekends preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
