Responsibilities/Job Description: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be a key player in supporting our Director of Outreach & Sales to achieve and maintain full occupancy in our vibrant senior housing community. You'll provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process and ensuring a seamless transition into our community. Managed by Ebenezer, we offer employees many benefits, beautiful walking paths for your breaks, and opportunities for growth both in the TCU and Assisted Living. * Key Responsibilities: Implement the sales and marketing plan to achieve and maintain full occupancy. * Follow guidelines, update materials, understand trends. * Schedule tours, pre-close sales, maintain databases and reports. * Manages wait list Promote positive customer relations. * Provides guidance and resources to residents/tenants/families with their transition into and out of their home * Guide transitions, maintain relationships, update records. * Maintains database of contact records up-to-date * Assists residents and their family members through the moving process Serve as a resource to senior residents/tenants and families seeking information. * Prepare materials, participate in lease signings, plan events.
