Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Inside Sales & Patient Care Coordinator. This key role involves extensive phone interactions with patients and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth communication, efficient service, and ongoing relationship building. You'll coordinate closely with physicians' offices to obtain necessary prescriptions and documentation based on patient requirements, acting as a vital link between healthcare providers, patients, and our internal teams. Responsibilities: * Make and receive phone calls to/from patients, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally. * Coordinate with physician offices to secure accurate prescriptions and supporting documentation as required for DME. * Maintain constant communication and establish strong relationships with both patients and healthcare providers. * Perform follow-up calls and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high patient satisfaction. * Accurately document all interactions, prescription requests, and relevant communications in our CRM or patient management system. * Utilize cold calling and inside sales techniques to reach potential new patients or referral sources when necessary. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred) highly desirable. * Previous experience in inside sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service required. * Prior experience in healthcare, specifically Durable Medical Equipment (DME) marketing or patient care coordination, strongly preferred. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in computer applications and comfortable using CRM systems or databases.
