Compensation

: $96,000 - $187,000 yearly

Responsibilities

:

• Develop personalized financial plans tailored to each client's unique life stage, professional situation, and changing financial requirements.
• Cultivate and establish strong connections with new clients as their trusted financial consultant.
• Evaluate and analyze the financial details of each client to accurately assess factors such as financial standing, cash flow, financial expectations, retirement objectives, and other wealth management-related aspects.
• Offer strategic advice on products, strategies, investments, and other approaches to assist clients in reaching their financial objectives.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

:

• Must possess a valid life insurance license or be motivated to obtain one
• Demonstrated proficiency in math, communication, and relationship-building skills to provide exceptional customer service to both existing and prospective clients
• Preferred baseline understanding of financial industry concepts, financial products, and the responsibilities of a financial advisor
