Position : Sales Associate Location : Mission, TX Compensation : $900 Base pay per week + Uncapped commissions Job Type : Full-Time preferred; Part-Time options available The Role of a Sales Associate : As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in bringing our clients' brand to life during in-store promotions and special events across Mission. You will interact directly with customers, showcasing the latest products and offering exceptional service to drive sales. Each day will present new opportunities to connect, demonstrate, and influence, making every shift exciting and rewarding. Key Responsibilities : * Represent the brand at retail events and in-store activations across Mission. * Engage with customers, offering detailed information about our products and services. * Perform captivating product demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits. * Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. * Distribute promotional materials and samples to increase interest and awareness. * Gather customer feedback and insights to help enhance promotional efforts. * Assist with event setup and breakdown to ensure a seamless experience. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve and surpass sales targets.
