We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of residential and commercial property improvement and repair solutions, and a passion for helping customers find the right services. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with clients, and closing sales to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of maintenance, repair, and installation services.
• Provide consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Prepare and present service quotes, contracts, and agreements.
• Coordinate with the handyman team to schedule and manage service appointments.
• Stay informed about industry trends, services, and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications

& Skills:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in residential and commercial improvement and maintatance services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain all services and solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in basic computer and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed on occasion.
