Full description of the position

Overview

: We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager in Whitestown IN. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the distribution center and warehouse operations over all. Pay: $70-80k

Duties and Responsibilities

Route orders based on store/vendor requirements. Review the aged outbound report from WMS every morning to identify orders that did not ship, then investigate and solve those issues. Review aged inbound report daily to identify potential per diem. Coordinate special last-minute customer requests with Production, Receiving, Shipping and Inventory Departments in order to expedite orders as necessary. Oversee all paperwork associated with inbound/outbound and maintain corresponding files (Bill of Ladings, Manifests, OS&D's, etc) in the WMS system. Vendor quotes and orders. Maintain a good relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous, timely and efficient manner. Review/validate vendor invoices and send them to the accounting department for processing. Ensure billing is turned in accurately and timely. Submit claims with back-up documentation to the Claims Department. Skills Expected Strong business/financial acumen, familiar with policy development and administration, teamwork, strong verbal communication, action oriented, customer service oriented, listening, integrity and trust. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year Schedule:
