Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in both inside and outside sales environments.

Duties

• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and outreach efforts.
• Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients, presenting our products and services effectively.
• Utilize account management software to track interactions and manage customer data efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in outside sales, B2B, inside sales, or direct sales is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using account management software and other relevant tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new strategies in sales management.
