Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales goals by using effective sales techniques and fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Stay knowledgeable about current products, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information and serve as a resource to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor by assisting with merchandising, inventory management, and replenishment activities.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point of sale systems while adhering to store procedures for financial transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and create a supportive, positive work environment.
• Participate in training sessions to continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required; we value a strong motivation to learn and succeed.
