We're growing fast -- and we want hungry, driven team members to grow with us. coreglobalfinancial.com What We 're Looking For We're hiring a phone-based closer with credit repair sales experience -- or a strong collections background (7+ years preferred). Many of our top sales reps came from collections and transitioned extremely well into credit repair. We're looking for someone who: * Is a confident, persuasive communicator * Can handle inbound appointments and call leads instantly * Follows up relentlessly until the deal is closed * Thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment * Is coachable, consistent, and accountable Responsibilities * Make outbound and inbound sales calls * Follow up on leads daily using our CRM (GoHighLevel) * Educate clients on credit repair, funding, and tradeline options * Close sales and help clients enroll into services * Hit and exceed sales goals weekly and monthly Qualifications 1+ year in credit repair sales or 7+ years in collections (strongly preferred) Comfortable making dozens of calls daily Experience with CRM software (GoHighLevel preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus High school diploma or equivalent Compensation & Benefits * $13 -$15/hour base pay * Bonuses + uncapped commissions * FREE credit repair after 90 days * 8-hour shifts | Full-time * Work in person for the first 60 days (Remote option available earlier for top performers) Stand Out -- Submit Your Video Intro!
