Ask for the appointment at least three times. * Provide several options to every customer. * Identify challenges or how you can help them. * Ask open-ended questions. * Use the Ponce Phone Communication scripts. * Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM. * Manage communication and documentation by using our CRM & Technology platforms. * Consult with clients; discover their property desires. * Act as an intermediary between the customers and the agents. * Provide world-class 5 Star Customer Service to customers. * Consistently Call New/Past Clients and Leads and ask them to buy or sell. * QUALIFICATIONS: We will invest in the right person with professional training, but you must have some minimum qualifications: ( We will train you) * We offer full -time. (35 + hours a week.) * Minimum 1 Year of Sales Experience. * Appointment Setting Skills * Phone Communication Skills ( Appointments, Identifying Challenges, Providing Options, Ok with Rejection) * Have an excellent technical background or willingness to learn (Online / Mobile) * Familiarity with your local area's real estate market. (We can train) * Willingness to learn the Ponce & Ponce Realty process, use of new tools, systems, technologies, and following the company's protocol (CRM, Email Marketing) * You always display a positive attitude, are an excellent communicator. * Enjoy cultivating a rapport with clients. * You are a Fast learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels. * Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service * Display excellent verbal and written communication skills * Bilingual is a must.
