Ruffin Roofing is looking to add 3-5 individuals to our team of full-time sales representatives to assist in handling the need of assisting residents with storm damage such as hail and wind that have recently been affecting the metropolitan area. To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need driven, energetic, coachable, independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections. No experience? No problem. Ruffin Roofing delivers an excellent storm restoration training program & seeking to develop fully capable, proficient representatives. Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary. QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: - door knocking & be comfortable dealing face to face with customers - be willing & able to climb a ladder to a roof to perform inspections - must have a valid drivers license & reliable transportation - self-motivated, disciplined, & excellent time management - must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections - professional appearance & demeanor - having insurance claims, roofing sales, or any previous sales experience is a plus but not a necessity RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE: - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. - attending a week of in person training, including in the field, when hired - prospecting/door-knocking, targeting potential clients, establishing & nurturing relationships with key decision-makers - inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage - meeting directly with owners after inspections to present findings, educate them on options, deliver sales presentations, assist with the claims process, & close contracts - staying up to date with training, market & industry trends, competitor activities, & emerging opportunities - manage multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and consistent contact with property owners - lead generation for new prospects, including using your own personal network COMPENSATION: - THIS IS A 1099 CONTRACT POSITION. - UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS - monthly & annual bonuses available for exceeding performance metrics - annual company trip available for top performers exceeding quota ARE YOU READY TO JOIN THE TEAM??
