Responsibilities include: * Managing the full sales cycle from working provided leads, identifying future leads/customers and managing the initial contact, to closing deals that result in strong, long-lasting relationships as well as handling any potential guest concerns. * Effectively prospect, when needed, to keep sales funnel full. * Showcase the innovative treatment protocols we can offer our guests. * Forecast anticipated sales weekly, prioritize resources effectively, and manage the sale from start to finish. * Manage clinic staff (Technicians/Coordinators) to ensure all guests are satisfied. * This will include: Managing work schedules Assisting with employee selection, as needed Working through any employee issues to resolution.
