RESPONSIBILITIES * Achieve growth and hit sales targets, weekly expectations. * Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. * Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. * Generate and develop new leads. * Meet with customers to discuss evolving their needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship with them. * Providing Excellent Customer Service - give fantastic service to existing customers. * Make outbound sales call and be able to close the deal. * Take ownership and acts decisively to solve problems and deliver results. * Provide customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and business relationships. SKILLS * Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding goals. * Committed to continuous education and growth. * Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels. * Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. * Strong business sense and staffing expertise. JOB TYPE: Full-time PAY RATE: Salary plus commission. Starting at $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, plus commission.
