Full description of the position

Loftware is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Sales Operations Team as a Sales Support Representative. Job Overview: The Sales Support team at Loftware provides administrative and functional support to the Direct and Channel Sales teams. This can range from proposal and legal documentation management, install-base licensing research, and other necessary tasks to support enterprise sales on a global level. Location: The ideal candidate will live in proximity to one of our office locations in either Portsmouth, New Hampshire USA, Wokingham UK, or Ljubljana Slovenia. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. Work Environment: Hybrid, requires in-office work 3 days per week. Responsibilities: * Coordination of sales opportunity documentation supporting enterprise level business. * Assists in quote/order form document creation. * Creates pricing within internal systems to align products within [please apply online] * Proficiency in Salesforce.com Account, Contact and Opportunity objects, including report writing. * Liaison with legal department regarding agreements. * Coordinates RFP/RFQ process in Loopio project management tool. * Coordinate and compile proposal responses, collaborating with contributors across departments such as sales, legal, information security, compliance and operations. * Proofread, edit, and standardize proposal text for grammar, style, and clarity. * Phone and Inbound Email Inbox Management. * Supports Account Research efforts to identify license deployments and organization use footprints.
