Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing distribution and trade operations for Korean beauty goods and developing strong relationships with buyers and distribution partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail, wholesale, or online distribution of cosmetics and consumer goods, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will play a crucial role in understanding market trends and supporting business strategy development. Duties * Manage distribution and trade operations for Korean cosmetics, health supplements, and consumer goods. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distribution partners. * Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends. * Assist with logistics, inventory, and supply management. * Support business strategy development for U.S. market expansion. * Collaborate with headquarters and brand partners. * Identify new brands and expand distribution channels. Requirements * 0-3 years of experience in distribution, trade, logistics, or related fields. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Understanding of cosmetics and consumer goods industries preferred. * Experience in retail, wholesale, or online distribution preferred. * Ability to adapt to fast-changing market environments. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving sales targets. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Fluency in English required; Korean language skills a plus.
