Are you a natural conversationalist with confidence and a knack for making deals? We're on the lookout for Sales Representatives with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage or debt settlement/ Lending. We're seeking individuals who exude confidence, are receptive to coaching, and are committed to hard work. We provide the tools necessary for success, and we're specifically interested in candidates who excel at building rapport with clients and showcasing the value they bring. Your responsibilities will include: * Consulting and guiding prospective consumers who have applied directly with our affiliates for personal loans. * Handling a daily influx of over 100 qualified inbound leads and engaging with 7-10 qualified candidates daily. * Establishing rapport and leveraging customer relationships to understand and meet their needs. * Analyzing individual consumer situations and advising on the best loan options. * Thriving in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and efficiently following up with multiple customers and files each day. * Working with exclusive inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts; no cold calling required. What we're looking for: * Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft and Google. * Experience with Debt Pay Pro & Salesforce is preferred. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Passion for assisting customers in achieving their financial goals. Details: * 1099 position. * Full-time, Monday through Friday, with the option for weekend availability. * Commission earnings averaging $8,000-$15,000/month with no cap. * Remote work possibility based on performance after a 90-day probationary period; initial office located in Irvine, CA.
