We are seeking an Amazon Account Manager with direct experience at Amazon (preferred) and expertise in Vendor Central (VC) partnerships. In this role, you will optimize our collaboration with Amazon, negotiate competitive terms, and lead cross- functional efforts to achieve operational excellence and business growth. Responsibilities * Partnership & Negotiation * Establish/maintain strong relationships with Amazon (Vendor Central focus) to negotiate optimal terms and fees aligned with company goals. * Cross-functional Coordination * Bridge internal teams (supply chain, marketing) and external partners to resolve issues, improve KPIs (inventory fulfillment, pricing, refund rates, GMM reduction). * Market Strategy * Analyze Amazon market trends, forecast changes, and design sales/promotion plans to drive business growth. * Account & Crisis Management * Oversee daily operations, resolve urgent platform issues (e.g., listing suspensions, policy violations). Requirements * Education & Language: Bachelor's degree; fluent English & Chinese (spoken/written). * Experience: 3+ years in cross-border e-commerce or Amazon VC partnerships (Amazon experience preferred). * Skills: Deep Amazon platform knowledge, negotiation expertise, data analysis (Excel/BI tools). Strategic planning, multitasking under pressure, clear communication. * Mindset: Proactive problem-solver, detail-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
