1 | SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: Responsible for performing a variety of duties primarily developing our sales markets and marketing our Parts in a specified geographic area. Responsible for growing our market and guiding our customers through the sales cycle. Ideally, must have 5 years' experience as a sales professional or related industry experience. 2 | MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand, develop and retain the confidence of our customers by identifying and addressing their truck and fleet Parts needs.

• Motivated Sales Professional - Commission Driven.
• This role is to develop existing customers but primarily focused on new accounts and diverse products.
• Heavy Duty Truck Parts experience is ideal.
• Creatively develop sales leads.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Able to develop and retain the confidence of our Fleet customers.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Partner with other departments in our Dealership building on all of our strengths.
• Identify the products and services that best meets our Fleet customers' needs.
• We are an all makes dealer and able to offer a complete Parts solution for our customers. 3 | ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to the Parts Manager and the Director of Business Development as a Sales professional representing our Company. Able to support our Sales team and other departments as needed.
