Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling and negotiating, to close deals and achieve sales targets. * Manage inventory levels and assist in inventory management processes to ensure product availability. * Support outbound sales initiatives by reaching out to potential clients and following up on leads. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status. * Provide exceptional sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends, dealership offerings, and competitive products to effectively communicate value propositions. Requirements * Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive or retail sectors. * Strong math skills, including proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing and discounts. * Familiarity with sales management principles and practices. * Experience in dealership environments is a plus but not mandatory. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions positively. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and customer records. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse customers effectively.
