Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:_
- Handling customer phone calls and emails.
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Processing policy documents.
- Taking payments Sales Support:_
- Assisting sales agents with client outreach and follow-up. General Support:_
- Coordination with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handling administrative tasks to support the sales process
Requirements
Who Are We Looking For?_ We're interested in driven individuals with a strong business acumen who:
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Excel in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have prior experience in insurance (highly preferred).
