Pet Parent Relationship Manager Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual to lead our sales effort. This is a role for someone with a proven ability to create and manage multiple lead generation efforts and close a sale - passes and memberships. The primary responsibility is to grow the number of dogs in daycare. * Fully understand the daycare and boarding model * Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services * Sell passes and memberships to new pet parents * Plan and manage the Social Media campaign(s) for the Center * Determine and effectively manage the digital spend for the Center * Establish and manage the guerilla marketing effort for the Center * Implement and manage the Guerilla Marketing Campaign * Manage the referral program * Convert generated leads to a Meet and Greet at the Center * Convert the Meet & Greets to a pass or membership sale * Conduct the 11 Stop Tour to prospective pet parents at the Meet & Greet * Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule * Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports Requirements: o Proven work experience in sales o Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales o Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills o Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills o Relationship management skills and openness to feedback The Rules by which we, as DOGTOPIANS live by We LOVE life unconditionally like a dog.
