Full description of the position

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers via telephone and email communication. * Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. * Receive loads from customers and determine which entity should book the load and deliver based on revenue, truck availability, and load destination. * Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. * Develop and maintain proficient working knowledge of all relevant order planning software. * Work in conjunction with all customer service and operations teams across the organization to make sure all customer loads are dispatched and delivered in a timely manner. * Other duties, as assigned. Bachelor's degree (4 year) or equivalent industry experience. * Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT hours of service. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Detail oriented, with ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced work environment. * Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines. * Proficient using Microsoft Office product suite. * Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. * Experience with McLeod TMS Software, preferred.
