Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Health Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our health insurance products to potential clients, ensuring that they are well-informed about our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a passion for the medical field. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clients, doctors hospitals, and clinics. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our health insurance products. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate sales agreements and contracts to achieve sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and product inventory using Word and other software tools. * Stay updated on health insurance trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Preferred Qualifications - No Experience Needed * Proven experience in health insurance sales or technical sales is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly, is a plus. * Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales successfully is a plus. * Familiarity with health insurance sales is a plus but not required. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications is a plus. * A passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact in the health insurance field is a plus.
