Company Description On-Site $25-30/hr DOE contract term Bilingual must (speaking Korean and English)

Job Description

• Prepare and process shipping documents for export/import transactions
• Plan, coordinate, and execute activities to ensure the availability of commodities and raw materials
• Manage inventory, materials movement, and order fulfillment in coordination with logistics, operations, customer service, and purchasing teams
• Maintain and update inventory and materials movement records in the database/ERP system
• Process all procedures of purchase, sales and expenses
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventories
• Monitor and manage credit limits for buyers, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Draft L/C applications and manage related trade documents
• Assist in monthly closing activities
• Perform other related work as assigned
• Travel up to 1-3 times a year

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP (SAP ECC 6.0) is preferred
• Relevant work experience preferred but not required
