Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our Customer Service team in the Custom Wheelchair Department. This full-time position will be based at our Columbus, OH branch. Responsibilities * Communicate with clients, co-workers, and referral sources via telephone, email, and fax. * Maintain electronic client files with complete documentation and notes, ensuring accurate computer data entry. * Collaborate with staff to organize schedules and daily Rehab & Service routes for sales personnel and technicians. * Provide prompt and professional responses to questions from clients, referral sources, and teammates. * Ensure timely and professional responses to all internal and external customers. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies. * Commit to delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements * High School diploma or GED equivalent (preferred). * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Pleasant phone personality and good phone skills. * Ability to interact well with team members. * Kind and empathetic approach to clients. * Strong attention to detail and ability to organize tasks and follow up in a timely manner. * Embrace and uphold our company values: Integrity, Respect, Service, and Professional Excellence.
