Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our Customer Service team in the Custom Wheelchair Department. This full-time position will be based at our Columbus, OH branch.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, co-workers, and referral sources via telephone, email, and fax.
• Maintain electronic client files with complete documentation and notes, ensuring accurate computer data entry.
• Collaborate with staff to organize schedules and daily Rehab & Service routes for sales personnel and technicians.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to questions from clients, referral sources, and teammates.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to all internal and external customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies.
• Commit to delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Pleasant phone personality and good phone skills.
• Ability to interact well with team members.
• Kind and empathetic approach to clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize tasks and follow up in a timely manner.
